16's Saturday Practice Time Change

Due to a girls basketball game, practice at Centereach HS will be 1:30-3:30

CATZ SCHEDULE

There is NO Catz workout scheduled tonight for the 14 Gold and 13 Blue Teams.
Start dates and times for both of these teams will be posted shortly.

13 & 14's teams posted

The team selection for the 13 & 14's teams have been posted.
 
Registration for these teams will take place on tuesday, January 24 at Sports Arena at 6pm. 
 
Practice does start on tuesday as well.  We ask that girls wear a tank top to make the process of uniform fitting go more quickly.
 
**ALL players need to log back into GEVA and set their club to LIVBC.

14's and Under Tryouts

The second tryout for the 14's and under division is still ON at St. Joseph's Academy today (Saturday) from 1pm to 3pm.

Practice for the 16s, 17s & 18s at Centereach HS today is CANCELLED.  Practice for the 14s and 15s is ON at St. Joseph's.
 

Additional 14 and Under Tryout

We will be holding an additional tryout for our 14 and under division on Saturday, January 21st at St. Joseph's Academy, from 1:00 to 3:00pm.  All girls that attended the first tryout are invited to attend.  If you did not attend the first tryout, you are welcome to come on Saturday. Please click on 'Tryout Registration' on the left side bar for more information!  Directions to St Joseph's Academy can be found under "Directions."   

Practice Change - Saturday, Jan 21st

We do not have the Islip gym this Saturday, January 21st., due to a scheduled event.  The 17s and 18s practice is moved to Centereach High School from 1:30 to 3:30pm.  Directions are on the website.

As a reminder there will be no practice or training this weekend since all teams will be traveling.

Saturday Practice

All teams not playing tomorrow should be at practice as dictated by their coach. 
 
15's alternates will be with the their perspective age bracket.
 
14's alternates have on practice tomorrow.
