Mission Statement

Long Island Volleyball Club was formed November of 2000, by parents and coaches in order to bring a higher level of play to the Boys of Long Island.  As of 2008 we extended that same opportunity to girls.  The Club offers teams for player’s age fourteen to eighteen who are serious about the sport of volleyball and wish to take their abilities to the next level. Our coaches provide training beyond the scholastic level and the tournaments we attend will give the athletes national exposure.

LIVBC is committed to the growth and development of volleyball on Long Island. Practices focus on intense training to develop the individual as well as the team. We make every effort to create a positive competitive experience within an atmosphere of sportsmanship.  We believe a successful program will develop individual and team potential by promoting high standards of character.

We are a member of the Garden Empire Volleyball Association (GEVA) and our program is governed by the rules, regulations and procedures prescribed by USA Volleyball.
